An emergency plan is made and thoroughly discussed with the client and family during the first visit and is posted in the home and included in the care plan. This is reviewed frequently with the client and family during the course of our care in the home. Our CEO is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle questions, problems, etc. However, Winchester In Home care is not an emergency service and should not be called in place of 911.
Does Winchester In Home Care have any stipulations regarding minimal hours?
The only stipulation we have is that we work a minimum of a four-hour continuous shift. You may use those 4 hours as you choose for both caretaking and concierge services.
